Terms of Service

We are Denali Digital, a company under the laws of the Republic of Turkey, a developer and publisher of mobile app applications that are made available via app stores including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (our "apps"). As a precondition for using the Services, you must agree to these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). By using or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to the Agreement. If you do not agree to the Agreement, you may not use or otherwise access the Services. Unless otherwise specified by a component of the applicable Service, the Services are free to use or download but may contain features which allow you to make purchases within the Services.

1. ABOUT

By downloading one of our apps, you accept this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Your relationship with Denali Digital will be subject solely to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. These documents are available for download on the Denali Digital website www.denalidigital.co. Each time you download one of our apps to your device, a new Agreement is concluded and its terms apply to your use of the app. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access the Services.

App stores and platforms may provide their own terms that apply to your relationship with those stores. You represent that you are 16 years or older. If you are under 18, you may only download and use our apps with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. We may request proof of age or consent at any time. You confirm you are using our apps as a private individual; commercial use is not permitted.

2. END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

2.1 LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Denali Digital grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use and install the apps for personal use on devices you own or control.

2.2 LOCAL LAWS

You are solely responsible for compliance with all local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2.3 MODIFICATION

Denali Digital may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable for any such changes.

2.4 OWNERSHIP

Apps are licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the apps remain with Denali Digital (and licensors, where applicable). The Denali Digital name, logo, and product names are protected trademarks.

2.5 ADS

Apps may show ads (e.g. banners, rewarded videos, interstitials) before, during, or after use.

3. USER CONTENT

3.1 USER CONTENT

You are solely responsible for any content you upload or share through the app. You confirm your content does not violate the Acceptable Use Policy (below). Denali Digital may delete content at any time and is not responsible for backups.

3.2 LICENSE

By sharing User Content, you grant Denali Digital a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use your content for displaying within the apps.

3.3 FEEDBACK

All feedback you provide is non-confidential. You assign all rights in feedback to Denali Digital, which may use it freely.

3.4 ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You may not use any app to:

  • Violate intellectual property or personal rights;
  • Share misleading, harmful, or offensive content;
  • Harm minors;
  • Spam, advertise, or run pyramid schemes;
  • Upload viruses or malicious code;
  • Harvest data without consent;
  • Impair app servers or access unauthorized systems.

3.5 ENFORCEMENT

Denali Digital may review or remove content at its sole discretion.

4. TERM AND TERMINATION

  • This Agreement is ongoing until terminated.
  • You or Denali Digital may terminate with 14 days' notice.
  • You may terminate immediately by deleting the app.
  • Breaches of Sections 2 or 3.4 allow Denali Digital to terminate immediately.
  • All app data may be deleted upon termination and may not be recoverable.
  • Sections 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 3, 4.4, and 5–11 will survive termination.

5. INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Denali Digital (and suppliers) from any third-party claims related to:

  • Your use of any app;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your violation of this Agreement.

Denali Digital may assume the defense at your expense and will notify you.

6. THIRD PARTIES

6.1 APPLICATION STORES

This Agreement is between you and Denali Digital, not with the store (e.g., Apple or Google). These platforms are not liable for the app's content or support.

6.2 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Apps may allow interaction with third-party services. These services are not controlled by Denali Digital and you use them at your own risk. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply.

6.3 OTHER USERS

You are solely responsible for interactions with other users. Denali Digital does not monitor user-generated content.

6.4 RELEASE

You release Denali Digital from any claims arising from third-party services or user interactions.

7. DISCLAIMERS

Apps are provided "as is". Denali Digital disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty exclusions.

8. LIMITATION ON LIABILITY

Denali Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the prior 12 months.

9. FEES

9.1 IN-APP PURCHASES

Virtual goods (Virtual Items) are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no real-world value. Once your personal data is erased, associated Virtual Items are also lost.

9.2 SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscriptions:

  • Are billed through the App Store or Google Play;
  • Auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before expiration;
  • Are managed through your store account;
  • Are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payment issues or billing concerns must be directed to the relevant app store.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

10.1 CHANGES

We may change this Agreement. Continued use of the app after 30 days constitutes acceptance.

10.2 NOTICE

Notices should be sent to support@denalidigital.co

10.3 SEVERABILITY

If part of this Agreement is invalid, the rest remains enforceable.

10.4 ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and Denali Digital, superseding any prior versions. It may not be assigned by you without written permission. Denali Digital may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition.

11. APPLE APPLICATION STORE ADDITIONAL TERMS

If you use the app via the Apple App Store:

  • Apple is not a party to this Agreement;
  • Apple provides no support or warranties;
  • Denali Digital is responsible for product claims;
  • You must comply with Apple's usage rules;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement.

12. SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION

Subscribe to AI Video, Photo Maker: Animate for all of the following benefits:

  • and AI Tools

AI Video, Photo Maker: Animate offers two 2 subscription and 3 In App Purchase options:

Subscription Options

  1. Weekly Plan $5.99 per week. If the user purchases this package, he/she will receive this amount of credit 60 Credits.
  2. Yearly Plan $19.99 per year. If the user purchases this package, he/she will receive this amount of credit 600 Credits.

In App Purchase Options

  1. 30 Credits $2.99 per purchase.
  2. 60 Credits $4.99 per purchase.
  3. 120 Credits $7.99 per purchase.

After buying any subscription or in app purchase, you will unlock; In-app credit currency, all special contents will be unlocked.

This is an auto-renewable subscription. The payment is charged to your account after confirmation. The subscription is renewed unless you unsubscribe 24 hours before the period ends. Your account will also be charged for renewal.

The price notes are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may change and actual charges may be converted to local currency.

End of trial and subscription renewal:

  • The payment is charged to your iTunes or Google Play account after a confirmation of purchase
  • The subscription is renewed unless you unsubscribe 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • The account will be charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of the current period at the standard cost of the weekly subscription
  • The user may manage the subscription and auto-renewal by accessing the user's account settings after purchase in the store
  • No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during the active subscription period
  • Any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when the subscription is purchased

Cancelling a trial or subscription:

In order to cancel a subscription during the free trial period you need to cancel it through your account in the Store. This must be done at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period to avoid being charged.
